Rosane is responsable for the direction of the feature films How to Be Single in Rio (1998), Once Again Love (2005), Untangle (2011) and Tainá 3 - The Origin (2013). Wrote and directed on 35mm the short-films Urban Angels (1996), The Head of Copacabana (2000), Republican Whispers of a Tropical Empire (2002), and also the 16mm shorts Moleque, Eros and Brazilian Boys. Four times International Emmy Nominee, was the autor of the tv series Totalmente Demais (2015) and directed other series, like Garotos de Programa and Casseta & Planeta Urgente, for Rede Globo, also signing in Quando Éramos Virgens (GNT), Não é o que Parece (Futura) and Claro Que É Rock (Multishow).
As screenwriter, wrote episodes from series like Teen's Confessions (by Daniel Filho), Amor que Fica (by Marco Altberg), the episode "Drão" from Carlos Diegues's film See This Song, and many others.
Founded in 1966, on which is a teacher ever since, the Film Center of Nós do Morro Group, on Vidigal community, Rio. In dramaturgy, is responsable for the plays Once Again Love, directed by Ernesto Piccolo, which stood two years running on Brazil and Portugal (between 2002 and 2005), Urban Angels, directed by Isabel Diegues and winner on Miriam Muniz Award at Funarte, with a season in SESC Circuit and at Rio de Janeiro (2006/2007). Also wrote the play O Pacto de 3 Senhoras, winner as honoured mention at José Wanderley Award.
